INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of popcorn
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 package of white almond bark
- 1 box of strawberry jello
- 1 package of Golden Oreos
STEP 1
Make popcorn on stove over medium/low heat as normal. Once popcorn is done pour is big bowl and set to the side.
Take 2 sleeves of cookies and crush in a ziplock bag or place in a blender. Pieces should be crushed to small tiny pieces. It’s ok to have a few big pieces as well.
Next, pour cookie crumbs mixture in a bowl. Pour 3 tbsp of butter over cookies along with 1 box of strawberry jello and mix throughly.
STEP 2
Melt 1/2 package of almond bark for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each set. Almond bark is ready when its completely melted and smooth.
STEP 3
Drizzle chocolate over popcorn. Next pour cookie mixture over popcorn as well. Mix until completely covered.
Next spread popcorn mixture on a cookie sheet, spreading evenly so that the popcorn is in a thin layer. Let popcorn set for 20 minutes, or place pan in freezer for 10 minutes to help mixture set faster.
STEP 4
Break apart and enjoy as you wish. Store in airtight container.
