The MS Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo will take place from Friday, July 1, through Monday, July 4. It’s a family-friendly event hosted daily from noon – 10:30 PM at the Gulfport Harbor. There is a $5 entry (5 years and under free) with free parking across the street. There is also a Kids Fishing Rodeo and Tournament, along with other fun activities. Click here for a schedule of events.

AQUARIUM FUN

Mississippi aquarium 4th of July Gulf Coast eventsCelebrate Fourth of July in style with Mississippi Aquarium’s Star-Spangled BANNER. The $15 tickets include admission into the Aquarium from 6:30-8:30 PM on Monday, July 4, special animal ambassador encounters, and access to Mississippi Aquarium’s reserved front lawn for prime viewing of the City of Gulfport’s firework display. Be sure to get your tickets now, as they are limited!

CRABBY FUN

Our Lady of the Gulf’s 38th annual Crab Festival is Thursday, June 30 – Saturday, July 2. This is a free weekend of craft vendors and live music, with a ton of seafood to eat. Join the fun from 11 AM – 11 PM at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis. For more info click here

FAMILY FUN

4th of July Lynn Meadows

Lynn Meadows Discovery Center will be open from noon – 5 PM on July 4thFun activities are planned for the kids such as outdoor games, watermelon at 1 PM and celebrating the #4 for the Fourth of July in the Artist Studio.

The Mississippi Coast Model Railroad Museum will be open from noon – 5 PM on July 4 for their Go 4th Celebration!

RUNNING FUN

Dress in your best patriotic outfit for the 41st annual Wesson Memorial Run on Saturday, July 2 at 8 AM in Ocean Springs. This is a 2 mile health run/walk and 1/4 mile children’s run. There is a $20 raceday entry for adults and $10 for children 12 and under.

BASEBALL FUN

Kick off your Fourth of July celebrations with your Biloxi Shuckers at MGM Park!

On Sunday, July 3, enjoy Shuckers baseball followed by the Fireworks Extravaganza.

FIREWORKS FUN

Gulf coast fireworks Guide Pascagoula Biloxi Gulfport Long Beach Pass ChristianPascagoula has their city show at Beach Park at 8:45 PM.

Enjoy a Fourth of July Car Meet on Monday, July 4, at the River Park Boat Launch in Pascagoula from 7:30-10 PM with a firework show to follow from 10-11:30 PM.

Fort Maurepas Park on Front Beach is the place to be for Ocean Springs’ show at 8:45 PM.

The City of Biloxi will have their show at 9 PM. Best viewing is from the Biloxi Lighthouse to the Biloxi Bay Bridge with accompanying music on FM 105.9.

Gulfport will light up the sky on July 4th at 8:45 PM.  Viewing areas are the Beach South of HWY 90, Jones Park, and Gulfport Municipal Marina.

The Garden Isle Group will have a fireworks show in Bay St. Louis at Oyster Bayou near Hollywood Casino on Saturday, July 2. The show can be seen by boat on the Jourdan River if you do not live in the neighborhood.

Bay-Waveland Yacht Club will have a fireworks show on Sunday, July 3.

Jourdan River Estates by Catfish Bayou (can be seen by boat as well) will have a fireworks show on Sunday, July 3.

The City of Diamondhead is hosting a fireworks viewing party on Saturday, July 2, from 6-10 PM with live music and food trucks at the Diamondhead Marina Boat Launch. The firework show is from 9-9:20 PM and can also be viewed by boat.

Flint Creek Water Park in Wiggins will have a firework show at 9 PM on Saturday, July 2. The entrance fee is $10 per car.

ALL DAY FUN

Take the family to Presley’s Outing in Moss Point, located on Goodes Mill Lake. Enjoy freshwater fishing, camping, kayaks or spend the day swimming! Grill pits are available or enjoy food from The Boathouse Restaurant. A live DJ will be playing your fave summer tunes! Then stay and enjoy the Golf Cart Parade at 6 PM, with a fireworks show to follow!

BOATING FUN

Watch the fireworks displays from a boat!

The Biloxi Schooner will sail at 7 PM on July 4th. This is a fun opportunity to sail and take in a beautiful view. Seats are limited. Call 228-435-6320 for information on reservations and pricing.

Ship Island Excursions will also be taking fireworks tours along the Gulfport shoreline on July 4th. These tours leave at 7 PM and are $30/person.

There will also be a Boat Parade on Saturday, July, 2 at 2 PM, near Hollywood Casino off of the the Jourdan River, near the Jourdan River Estates neighborhood, in Catfish Bayou!

PARTY FUN

Keesler Air Force Base’s Freedom Fest is Thursday, June 30 from 5-9:30 PM. They will have food, live music, competitions, a kid zone, and fireworks at 9 PM.

Biloxi’s First Friday Block Party is Friday, July 1, at The District Green from 5-9 PM.

Viper’s Gamer Pit in Biloxi is hosting a Game Day Grill Out with food and games for all ages starting at noon on Saturday, July 2.

Join Mermaid Savanna for a fun “Under the Sea” Paint and Sip at Storybook Studios on Saturday, July 2 from 7-9 PM. There will be complementary wine, beer, and a charcuterie grazing table. This event is for adults only.
