Easy Back to school crockpot meals

Here are three easy and yummy crockpot recipes perfect for back-to-school:

☆Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 tsp. chili powder

- 1 tsp. cumin

- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Tortillas and toppings of your choice (i.e., Sour Cream, Cheese etc)

Directions:

1) Add chicken, bell pepper, onion, spices, and chicken broth to the crockpot.

2) Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.

3) Shred chicken and serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings

☆Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

- 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 cups milk

- 2 cups heavy cream

- 2 tbsp. butter

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1) Add macaroni, cheese, milk, heavy cream, and butter to the crockpot.

2) Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

3) Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4) Serve warm and enjoy!

☆Crockpot Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 jar (26 oz) Alfredo sauce

- 3 cups penne pasta (or other pasta of your choice)

- 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1) Add chicken breasts to the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.

2) Pour the Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, and pasta over the chicken breasts.

3) Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese on top.

4) Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.

5) Shred the chicken and mix everything together before serving.

6) Enjoy your delicious and creamy Chicken Alfredo!
