We are a small coffee shop with a big love for our community! We’ve been open since 2006 in Old Town Bay St. Louis. We’re lovingly referred to as The Bay’s Livingroom ❤️ When the Mockingbird was born, out of the destruction of Hurricane Katrina, locals and volunteers alike found the 'bird to be a welcome and comforting presence in the trying, chaotic times after the storm. Come enjoy breakfast, brunch, and coffee with us!

Boozer’s Brew & a Cafe Too, is a local coffee shop proudly serving the Coast for 9 years now! They currently have two locations in Gulfport with a 3rd opening soon! They are not only a coffee shop, but also serve a fantastic breakfast and lunch. From protein shakes, bagels, croissant sandwiches, wraps, salads, and SO MUCH MORE, all of their menu items are available all day! Trust us, you will love anything you get! (They cater, too!)
Fun fact about Boozer’s: They have over 20 Flavors to add into your drinks, some are available in sugar free & they keep “seasonal flavors” all year long!

And can you believe it: They grew to TWO locations in the first year of being open! As a family of six, our kids have always been involved in our family businesses over the years. When the idea for a coffee shop/restaurant came around, we began thinking of unique names that were meaningful to us. Our oldest son has been nicknamed “The Bear” ever since he was little, and, if you've ever tried to wake him in the mornings, you know what a chore it is! We've always joked that he's like a hibernating bear who doesn't want to wake up.
Thus, Sleepy Bear was created.
With an emphasis on good breakfast and good coffee, we welcome you to Wake the Bear with us every morning!

Southern Turnings has two locations in Wiggins. Their main store is located at 145 Pine Ave East and is located in the heart of our downtown business district. This store has a gourmet coffee shop offering local pastries, Cotton Blues cheesecakes, gourmet coffees and Blue Bell ice cream, a gift store featuring Mississippi made products such as EttaB Pottery, Fingerprint Pottery, Wolfe Bird Studios, Southern Bird Studio, Oxford Candles, Musee Bath Products, local artist’s paintings, pottery and jewelry, a small art gallery and a woodturning studio. Their second location is a coffee hut drive through only and is located at 615 Fairgrounds Street near the intersection of Hwy 49 and Hwy 26.
Their hours at the store are M-F 7 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and at the drive through M-F 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm!
For the fall and winter season, we recommend our Pumpkin Pie with Marshmallow Cold Foam and our year round favorite is Creme Brûlée

From chocolate croissants to homemade loaves of fresh bread, you truly can't beat it. A crowd favorite is our Pop's Brew, a drink in honor of he owner- Rachel's- father.
