Discovery Homeschool Classes – Costa Rica – Oxcart and Coffee Beans

Tuesday November 19 (K-2) 10:30-11:45am (3-5) 1:30-3pm

 Discover the history behind the oxcart and make an ox-cart wheel. We’ll also learn about coffee, one of Costa Rica’s largely exported natural resources, and explore the typical day on a coffee plantation. Make gallo pinto, which coffee pickers eat before they start the day.
