Meet April Bond! April is a mama of 2 children, Kolbie (15) and Taylor (12), and a wife of 16 years to her husband, Kevin.

April is living out her dream of being a 3rd generation farmer and she loves spending her time working her farm at home with her family. Her husband, Kevin has been dairying with April's daddy for over 10 years and in 2020, they decided it was time for April to come home and work on the farm. It took TWO YEARS to get everything permitted and built for them to process and bottle on the farm, and in 2022, Green Acres Creamery came to life!

"We wanted to not only give our kids a future at dairy but also give people a good natural product! I started off with small equipment and have quickly expanded in the past year and still can’t keep off with demand. We have a farm store onsite where we sell 7 flavors of milk, homemade ice cream, meats, jams, and lots of other goodies. I do all the processing and bottling as well as making all the ice cream, help with field work and cows when needed or if I’m not in the creamery or working the farm store or tending to animals. No spare time!!! I am beyond thankful God has giving me the opportunity to farm/work his land with my family on a daily basis."
