“Hi Gulf Coast Moms! My name is Brandy Mcgill and I’m a mom of two handsome boys. My older is 7 and my youngest is 2. They are at such a fun age and we truly just love spending our time together. We enjoy family movie nights with pop corn and hot chocolate. We also love arts and crafts in the garage or backyard. And most importantly, we can’t forget that we love a good laugh to keep each other smiling.

My boys are truly my world and inspiration.

Brandy is a TV News Anchor at WLOX and she is truly a natural! If you’ve ever turned in, chances are you’ve seen her shining!

“The Coast is my home away from home which is right up HWY 49 in Hattiesburg. WLOX is how the Gulf Coast became my home and I couldn’t be more proud. I love the food, coast life culture, and overall just good vibes and community.”

What is one piece of advice you'd like to share with the moms out there? 

Even when the going gets tough, keep going. Motherhood is far from easy and you’re learning as you go. Always take it easy and never be too hard on yourself. All moms need a little bit of grace.
