sheet pan pancake : cinnamon roll

INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

2 1/2 cups milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp baking powder

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Cinnamon swirl: melt 2 tbsp butter + mix in 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon

For toppings, choose whatever you want! We did chocolate chips, blueberries, and strawberries!

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 425

Grab a clean sheet pan and spray with your fave oil or you can use 2 tbsp of butter. You could use foil if you wanted.

Mix ingredients {except toppings} in a blender and pour into sheet pan!

Once spread on sheet pan, swirl with cinnamon mixture and bake for 20 minutes!
