We LOVE our Mom Feature Fridays and today we are shining the spotlight on Courtney L. Jacobs!!

Courtney is married to her husband, Bryan, and they have two beautiful children, Carsyn and Bryan Jr.! Courtney has been an entrepreneur for 5 years and owns IDR agency located in Biloxi where she specializes in car, home, and business insurance.

"My daily life consists of running my business along with my two amazing employees, acting in multiple leadership roles in a couple of organizations I am a member of, hauling the kids to their extracurriculars to include soccer, baseball, gymnastics, cheer, or basketball, and making sure I carve out time to spend time with the hubby after a long day."

When we asked Courtney for a piece of advice to share with ya'll, she said,

"Mamas, the most important thing I have learned is we to make sure we take time for ourselves. I have been burnt out before. I’ve been exhausted mentally, physically, and emotionally and if we are no good mentally, physically, or emotionally we definitely can’t provide our families, jobs, or the community with the best version of ourselves. Take a spa day, meditate, workout, or simply lock yourself in your room for an hour. Whatever works just do it!"
