Today's featured mama is Emily Allen Sham ! Emily is the Sales and Marketing Manager of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for ten years and has grown in her leadership positions within the company.

Emily grew up in Madison, Mississippi about three hours north of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She and her family now reside in Gulfport, Mississippi and have been coast residents since 2018, when her husband became part owner in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise in Gulfport. Emily attended Mississippi State University (HAIL STATE!) where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Sciences, and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Receiving her major in Apparel, Textiles, and Merchandising; and minors in both Business Administration and Marketing.

Through her time at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, she has received the 2014 Newsmaker Award, given to the top Marketer in the entire system. She has received her CAP Certification as a certified Customer Service Representative and Manager. In 2016 Emily was named a Move Hero, which is an honor given to those with top customer service scores.


Giving back to her community is what Emily enjoys the most. In 2016 she received the American Cancer Society “Best Practice Award” for her time and energy spent on fundraising events from 2014-2017. The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Gulf Coast named her “Outstanding Unit Board Volunteer” in 2020. She works closely with The Gulf Coast Center of Non-Violence every spring with the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK “Movers for Moms” program which collects items for local mothers in need create a better life for themselves and their families. Emily was also a recipient of the “Top 10 Under 40” award at the 2023 One Coast Awards.
